Mix Gram flour, water, yogurt, salt, corriander, cumin seeds and cinnamon    &lt;br /&gt;  powder to form a not-very-thick paste.&lt;br /&gt;2. Cut onions length-wise to get thin stripes of onions. Cut potatoes and chillies in&lt;br /&gt;  round shape.&lt;br /&gt;3. Mix  cut onions, chillies and potatoes with Gram Flour paste.&lt;br /&gt;4. Take vegetable oil in a deep utensil (Kadhai) and heat it for 7-8 minutes until its&lt;br /&gt;  hot.&lt;br /&gt;5.  Just put a drop of paste in oil to make sure it is at right temperature. If not then&lt;br /&gt;  adjust the knob accordingly.&lt;br /&gt;6. Drop the mixture by tablespoons into oil. Keep the tablespoon very close to oil&lt;br /&gt;  surface while dropping or else the oil may spill out.&lt;br /&gt;7. Heat until pakoras turn brown.&lt;br /&gt;8.
